DO YOU HAVE DISABILITY ACCESS?Our studio is fully wheelchair accessible. lf you have any special needs or dietary requirements please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

WILL THERE BE REFRESHMENTS PROVIDED?We will provide a range of hot and cold drinks and cake.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE CLAY CLASSES?

Each class will be fully stocked with all the materials and tools needed. All olay, glazes and firings are included within the cost of the course. Please bring your own sketchbook and drawing/writing materials for note taking and design sketohing

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL THEREBE IN EACH CLASS8?There will be up to 8 students per session.We pride ourselves in our relaxed environment allowing more one on one time with the tutor. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?While the majority of clay can easily be washed out of your olothing, working with terracotta and deeper colours oan leave stains. Please come dressed in clothing youmdo not mind getting dirty and can easily be put through the washing machine.We will) ill provide each maker with an apron for theiruse during the sesion.

WHAT ARE THE COVID PRECAUTIONS?We will always be in keeping with thegovernment guidelines for Schools andEducation. Our teachers are testedregularly. If you are feeling unwell please do not come in to the session. 

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

If we are given 14 or more days notice, we will reschedule you to future course. If we are given less days notice, we are unable to offer you a refund or reschedule as this is not enough time to resell your place. We do however allow you to send any friend or family member of your choice to the class

in your place. 

We have a no refunds policy, due to our business being small! We hope you understand.
